My journey began in the hospitality trade, where I worked in various positions, from bar staff to Facilities and Operations Manager. During this time, I gained invaluable experience in customer service, collaborating with head offices, directors, and business owners.

I've also been passionate about technology from a young age, and am well-versed in Wi-Fi technologies, networking, PC configurations, and a wide range of software.

Additionally, I spent several years at Westminster City Council as a Licensing Officer, overseeing the transfer of premises licenses under the Licensing Act 2003.
